Hon.cs Kagwe gave a very demonstrative analogy of Kenyans falling in to a hole after they have been warned about it and expecting the government to remove them.This was in reference to getting covid from neglecting the laid out preventive measures. Doctors and other hospital workers have to get into the holes whether they like it or not by the nature of their work and you would not want to pull them out? Hon cs
