BBI report was below our expectations for example why do we need a PM? What’s the job description of Deputy President or Deputy Governor? Yes it will create two centers of power no doubt. Let things stay the way it is otherwise this thing called BBI will bring confusion

This model won't work because It's centralied top/down pyramid approach and does not address the issues over representation. This is what we need a united states of Kenya:
1. Go back to having 8 provinces Central, Coast, Eastern, Nairobi, North Eastern, Nyanza, Rift Valley, Western.
Do away with counties and their Governors & Dep Governors, MCA's & women reps.
2. Have a council of 8 elected presidents elected by the people at the provincial level with 1 year terms for each president and do away with the Deputy president position
3. Maintain parliamentary system
