Mutua, you ready my mind exactly. Have studied politic for over a decade what's best for our country politically. Shrink the Government, have 16 elected Senators. One MP to represent at least a population of no less than 750k, eight powerful Governors, restructuring IRS and Judiciary system and other law enforcement agencies including NIS, DCI. Restructuring Salaries for Govt officials, cut taxes for 85% of hard working, struggling Kenyans and those in poverty. No elected MP and Senators, will earn more than ksh 650k including all allowance and bonus and committee seating. Strict parliamentary rules, empower Private sectors and investors. Zero tolerance to corruption. Restructuring police forces to be under Governor's umbrellas. Get lid of "pesa Mashinani"( this cash as made current governors billionaire in one seating session- (have spend much time studying USA, British, Russia, Germany histories, civil and govt and politics. Kenya is Rich in every way but cursed with ruthless leaders, corruptions, extra judiciary killings, etc. Kenyan folks are educated but have limited resources to exercise Kenya Kenya, wake up. It's a Revolution that will awaken our dreams

United States, with an economy a gazillion times the size of Kenya, has 535 members of congress, 100 of whom are senators. Kenya, the size of a small US State, has hundreds of MPs, 47 senators, and it's replicated across 47 counties (MCAs, executive, gavna, etc -about the same number as US's 50 States, each with economies most of which dwarf Kenya's).
