Why did you buy another record player? My favorite record player you have is the Audio Technica LP60X

This turntable is not good. The customer service has no technical knowledge. Although better than a low end Crosley or Victrola, buy literally anything else in the $200-300 price range from an established brand. DO NOT BUY. Its great of you get it FREE, but dont spend your hard earned money on it.
