Watching this skit a second time knowing the punchline, you really start to see Franco’s point of view. This chick just came up and assumed he was homeless and bought him a bunch of stuff and invited him to her home. All he did was just come along, even tried to walk away at one point

It's cute how she sincerely wishes him a nice Christmas at the end :) He just thought she was being nice and he was right because she was being nice to him. Such a sweet heart! I don't think knowing that he is rich and James Franco should change anything. I see this is a very beautifully written and cute skit.
