This is so accurate it's scary good. The falling/tripping into the lead's arms, the male lead being Canadian, the black actor that is a side character only... it's in every Hallmark movie.

How dare you not mention the fact that the Christmas parade won't get off the ground without Amy using the skills she learned in the big city, Amy's dad's simple carpentry skills, and the whole town pitching in, including that stud Bryce from high school Amy dismissed but now finds appealing. Bryce has a daughter.

This is so true and SNL nailed it. I'm now going to be watching out for the gazebo when I watch these movies because I just honestly never noticed. Cecily's narration was perfect, you could just hear the desperation in her voice. "Hallmark, this is our Super Bowl" Haha!
