Its been 6 years... 6 YEARS of me having 1 32inch monitor and 1 27inch monitor and now i realized i can actually align the two up....

also make sure you have them at the highest refresh rate possible by going to advanced display settings, selecting the chosen monitor, scrolling down and selecting the highest number under "Refresh rate" ie 143.99hz 165hz 75hz etc.

You can also from those settings select which monitor you want to be your main display

As far as i noticed you can connect your monitor to the motherboard one, and in game you can select to use the nvidia Geforce to run it, just the only thing that happens is that the GPU will render the game but your IGPU will display it. So it has to be turned on! (This technique is used in laptop by the way, at least for the ones without MUX switch)

you can use both onboard and dedicated graphics card, however you need to enable it from bios (if supported)

I have to say it: i am using my second monitor with my iGPU, and it gave me more fps in games as i would have when using both monitors on the main gpu. So whats actually the problem with doing so? Gpu: Rtx 3070ti, cpu: i7 12700k

you can use the display out put on the mobo for secondary monitor and use a gpu without issue set it up in bios
