Most of the time people tend to apply what they are taught only when they are already in the middle of a crisis. Instead, we believe in consistently practicing meditation and other tools like journaling, dopamine detox sessions and gratitude (there's so much science behind what gratitude does to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health).

Incorporate better habits gradually. Taking 15 minutes to focus on your breathing when you wake up is definitely attainable, same with taking a break from our screens (phones, computers, tv's, etc.), or writing down your feelings and the things we normally take for granted.

Sharing my coping techniques all types of music, meditations, movies and old tv series I've missed, reading, baking, walking, and deep breathing exercises. Also frequent contact with family and friends. Even a soak in the tub can uplift your spirit. Hoping this helpful. Take good care of yourselves everyone.
