Easy Shakshuka 🔥 | Eggs in spicy tomato gravy

Shakshuka can also be called “Eggs in Hell” or "Eggs in Purgatory".

Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 black pepper
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 can whole tomatoes (28oz, 794g)
- A few slices of crusty bread (Italian, sourdough, etc.)
- Fresh basil (garnish)
- Parmesan cheese (garnish)
