This is a mix of The Clones theme and Two Steps From Hell's Freedom Fighters which a very similar version can be heard during Gregor's Sacrfice theme and the second half is Fives' death theme which is called "Death of a master"

Fives is close to my heart a character that in my mind his spirit will always be with all of us, brothers we are. And we also will remember 99 the clone trooper who wanted to keep his brothers motivated in all the struggles he died fighting for his brothers to the very end that is what he was bred for

It's amazing to see how far fives and echo came. Too bad hevy died on the outpost...maybe he could've helped fives learn about the inhibitor chips.
