the tone for this episode was truly on point, dark athmosphere, darkvibes, clones being considered as obsolete and useless after all the fighting and struggle they went trough, they get treated like vermin, its sad and dark at the same time, deep down my heart was broken, the bad batch series hit the nail on the transition from the clone wars to the empire

The details I noticed in this episode is that the first troopers to officially be retired are the officers

The scariest part of The Empire treating clones that it was inspired by real life and historical ivents.

The Emperor was scared of the clones. No matter how loyal and good they were, he saw how ruthless and efficient clone troopers could be. He'd rather have regular humans who he could control with fear instead of dangerous Fett clones.

Not gonna lie but the way the Empire literally just forced Clones to retire is just horrifying. Those troopers looked just as capable as any other, and loyal more so, to just toss them away is just plain evil.

These ones seems to be part of the once Republic Navy, obviously they're not going to discard all of them at once. But since the navy already has non-clones these are the first ones to be replaced.

There is a reality component here. Having served 26 years and forced out one moment, stop losses the next, and then forced out again only to be stop losses. I ended up making up their minds for them by ramming through my retirement papers before the next stop loss came out

I feel truly sorry for these Clones, they fought well for the Republic, hunt the Jedi so hard during Order 66. Now they were just abandoned like a garbage. I guess it is only a matter of time to see the Clone Rebellion against the Empire

The officer escorting the clones at the beginning makes it even worse. She doesn't even give a shit, you can see this in her tone and how she shakes her head and rolls her eyes before telling the clones to shove off and direct all their concerns to a bureaucratic agency that will never get back to them.

When i heard her voice my jaw dropped
I thought she was gonna be a one off villain in Season 1, and then the show comes along and brings her back here and i was so estatic
