3 ways to undervolt Ryzen 7800X3D (and 9800X3D)

Undervolted my 9800X3D by 30. Went from 22, 458 up to 22, 921 in Cinebench R23, and from 87.3 C peak to 75.5 C peak.

Used Ryzen Master to set -30 CO on all cores on my new 9800x3d = amazing. Raised my Cinebench score and lower temps from 94c to 70c max. Booat maxed at 5.4ghz without issue.

Is this still a good idea to do? I remember a while back it was. With the updated bios and everything to correct the issues, is this still a good idea?

I have a stock 7800x3d, Asus b650 TUF MOBO. Cooled by a Phantom Spirit 120.

During all games the hottest it ever really gets is between 70-75°.
When you bench it, 80s, no more then 85°
Idle temps 40ish. Generally during gaming 60-65°

Again, I ask, is this even worth it? There's always risk of instability right? If my rig is stable, and performing great, should I bother?

make video in which you open cpuz 2 times to see the cpu voltage and memory frequency, also open Task manager on performance to see that you have 5 ghz there and put in msi afterburner to show all 8 cores at 5 ghz when you are in the game. And you can also share the settings you have in the bios so that we can learn too, even if they don't suit everyone! In conclusion, I want to see 5 ghz on all cores when you can play!😉

on my 7600x 7800x 7800x3d these undervolts never work they will be fine in cinebench and prime95 but if you go to play games it just randomly crashes after 5 minutes 30 mins etc

Ok but if my 7800X3D never really gets over 70c is there still a purpose in doing this? And I dont totally understand the logic... if Im limiting the voltage my CPU can have, how would that improve performance?
