I’ve got all of the everdrives products for all of my cartridge based consoles and been happy with them so far and they been super reliable and I’ve been happily playing all the games I want which makes it convenient and practical and working on getting the ODE which stands for optical disc emulator for my cd based consoles since it works in a similar way with sd cards and I’ll be soft modding my og Xbox and PS2 so those can have hard drives that way I can also put the complete library on those as well.

After watching your latest video I decided to binge on some of your older videos. You’ve got some real talent my friend. I can’t believe that people how low some of the view counts are. We need to get you picked up on the crazy algorithm!! Hitting like for each and every video I watch and I hope anyone else that reads this message will start doing the same. Like and comment....this channel rocks.

Great vid, I have an Everdrive 64 on the way and loved the info. A quick tip, I noticed you labeled your SD card as “Games”, dunno if it was for your MD or 64 but every recommendation I’ve seen for the ED64 is to leave your SD card label blank when you format it. Thanks for the video!

Can anybody tell me why there are options missing from the Everdrive 64 X7 that were on the V3? I can't change the menu resolution any more.

great vid, was hard to pay attention at points while boppin hard to the outrun banger in the background tho ;) wanna get one to play new zelda rom hacks that have been going around but now wondering why not use to play my n64 games from the off? is an interesting point re: reducing wear n tear on cart insertions/connector pins. (what was the last/outro track played in the vid also?)

How can I set up the 2.5 version? It keeps saying
Error: F0
File not found: /ED64/OS64.V64

Probably should correct myself. Emulation can obviously be hardware too. I have more faith in FPGAs than software-based solutions but definitely prefer OG hardware all day long over either.
Also apologies for the low-quality game capture. One day I will upgrade to something more than a 2x line doubler.

Hey mate, love your videos! I'm looking at buying the X7 for 64, where can I download all of the games in one folder? Is that even possible or did you have to download one at a time? Thanks in advance :)

My friend “Wattson” the mika from SFV says GG. Also sorry about that last game. Someone tripped over the Internet cord.

I have a question. I am about to buy an FXPAK PRO for the SNES/SFC and ANOTHER Everdrive64X7 (because I have the grey X7 from Ebay and want the Red one from Krikzz). The ED64X7 Has a microUSB port for development. But I do not see that feature anywhere from any retailer for the the SNES/SFC. But you had said at the end of the video something like, "If you're willing to spend a bit extra money you can get a flash cart that has a USB port for development. So my question is, to your knowledge, out of the two, N64 and SNES/SFC, is the N64 the only one to offer such a feature? Also, do you know if the FXPAK PRO for SNES/SFC has savestate functionality? Or if any 64 Flash carts do?

By the way!Great video! Very concise and to the point! *Liked and Subbed!*

Anyone have the issue that the SNES controller doesn't seem to be "mapped" correctly when using one of these? I pop Super Mario World cartridge in and no issues playing, but if I pop the flash drive cartridge the SNES controls don't work...buttons seem to be mapped incorrectly? Any fix for this kind of thing?

Nice explanations ;). I have a question. I would like to buy an everdrive 64, but before buying it, In your video, you put footages of mario tennis and resident evil 2. Have you run those on an everdrive 64? If yes, do they run fine on the everdrive 64? I tried to run those roms on a n64 emulator on my pc and they are a complete mess when you run them. Thank you in advance.

I wish both EverDrive & MiSTer had thumb nails of the games actual box art instead of lifeless hallow lists of text. :P
Kind of kills the charm and fun factor a bit, especially comapred to the UI of the Genesis Mini.

I actually think I wasted 190$ for a SNES cartridge! I just bought the “2021” RetroN 5 console, & I don’t think I even need the SNES because it has a SD slot on the console!! Did I not need the cartridge??
