Hey all, Scott here, I finally learned how to turn my candles into a sensor bar.

My Wii sensor bar has outlived my original Wii. I upgraded to a Wii U in 2012, and I am still using the first sensor bar I ever had.

Fun Fact: the sensor bar will still be lit if the Wii is in Standby mode, so you could use the same sensor bar on both a Wii and Wii U without having to unplug it and plug it into the other console.

Even better, set your whole Wii on fire and you will never need to worry about the Sensor Bar again!

Fun Fact: For using the Wii Remote on Dolphin, I use my old Toy Story Mania (Plug N' Play TV Games) Sensor bar.

I know a trick kind of like this, and you don't need candles for it. I used to use a lamp for a sensor bar because I didn't have a sensor bar for my Wii. It's a bit jittery, but depending on the lamp, It works fine.
