With the reveal of AMD's Zen 3 CPUs and RDNA 2 GPUs are both coming soon, much anticipation is on how Big Navi and Ryzen 5000 will compete against Nvidia and Intel respectively. We go through the exclusive details we know about Navi 2X and Zen 3 processors in terms of specifications and performance.

Of course, feature set items like DLSS, raytracing and VRS will also be criticial to how RDNA 2 will fare against the RTX 30 Ampere graphics cards.

We have had various leaks of the expected specs, performance and improvements vs the last gen for both Ryzen 5000 and RDNA 2. So let's get into it.

Sounds like AMD is putting in some actual and serious work! I'm excited to see what's to come

don`t underestimate intel, they still have improvements to do to that 20 yearold pentium 4

4:10 weirdly enough, AMD currently has the crown on CS:GO. It's one of the few cases.

I'd rather used AMD image sharpening even if Nvidia DLSS works better. Simply because it works on all games even old ones. Just turn it on in the driver and forget about it.

Plot Twist; AMD is no longer the underdog

I've been subscribed to this channel for many years now. It's definitely the most slept on tech channel for hardware/software leaks, information, and architecture breakdowns etc. Well done as always

After seeing the 3080 performance I am very impressed with the rasterization but at the same time it did not live up to my expectations. With ray tracing performance.

Ray tracing games still heavily taxes the gpu. Which means it still has a long way to go before being playable In every game.

So if AMD can give me 3080 performance for 600$ I will happily take that . since ray tracing is still not viable.
Maybe it's is, but all the reviewers so far keep cranking up ray tracing to maximum .I. am not getting a good idea of ray tracing performance with the 3080 on low settings meaning the rtx setting on low.

Zen 3 sounds amazing, the 3600xt overclocked to 4.5ghz, 3733mhz cl14 is already giving Intel a run for their money.
And amd is saying zen 3 Is even better than that.

Bro it is basically confirmed that RTX 3090 is only 10% or less better than 3080 so honestly if AMD can match the RTX 3080 their is good shape.

look how well the lower clocked 3300x did for gaming.
one ccx, now the 8 cores has one ccx, with new redesign + higher clock speeds, will cause 5900x to likely take gaming crown, which is not hard to believe considering the 3950x was very close, split over the 4 ccx's and much lower frequency than intel.

Honestly, I feel like this could be the generation where there isnt a clear winner in most price brackets. Getting basically any card wont necessarily be a bad deal. Unless AMD just complete destroys in Price/Performance somehow (Which, is kinda their MO in the past anyway)

Your radiator is pipes up on your front mount AIO... Naughty naughty.

honest;y, id prefer lower prices than being able to have better raytracing

av1 hardware encoder on an amd gpu will be epic ! there will be a huge market for this feature.

Whoever offers the best high refresh 1440p performance for the money has my attention.. not overly concerned with ray tracing.. the nvenc encoder does sway me slightly green though as streaming is an interest.

AMD need to hurry up I'm getting impatient, problem is I've got no choice but to wait ain't spending no money on a new GPU till I have all the necessary information.

Where's that keyboard you had in the background that was never cleaned in years....? I always looked for the crusty background keyboard.

Infinity cache looks something that could help APUs alot, specially in laptops were power consumption is a big a big factor.

Nice video. Let's hope all this new hardware can perform as we expect it to.

Will be hard to build a console killer for cheap right now, but i think upcoming architecture will shorten the gap between pc and upcoming consoles.
