PSE: Workers are trained to work around dogs

Puget Sound Energy said their workers are specifically trained how to work around dogs. They are supposed to watch for signs of a dog, like a chew toy. If they suspect there might be a dog at the property, they knock on the door to alert the homeowner of their presence, but this is only if they can see evidence of a dog.
