Researchers from King’s College London are developing SlowMo, the first digital therapy for paranoia.

Paranoid thoughts are one of the most common symptoms of severe mental health problems, yet current treatments can be ineffective and new, innovative approaches are urgently needed.

In this new video, Professor Philippa Garety and Dr Amy Hardy from King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) explain how SlowMo is helping people with severe paranoia to manage their worries and improve their quality of life.
