Thank you for the video. I’ve been struggling to find these answers for my partner. I wasn’t sure if I’m too much worried or it was sth that caused by a mental disorder. But seeing this video, which answers all my questions, convinced me now that we must seek professional help. I would never think it would tick all the boxes for paranoia but it does. Everything else I’ve dug into wasn’t the exact thing. I’ve considered all possibilities from bipolar to irritable mood disorder.
Id really like to thank you again. I wish we were in the UK, but i will take the information you’ve given and guide us from there. Appreciate!

Thanks for this insightful video, I live with paranoia daily it is triggered when my anxiety spikes. I was initially diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic however I think that because I have clear thought process and largely don't have hallucinations perse that I am more affected by paranoia by itself. I do hear things, largely I'm hyper vigilant and I have excellent hearing it's one of my senses that effect my paranoia because all the sounds give me messages if that makes sense so whether I'm in a crowded place or somewhere else I still hear distant noises and likewise I'm always scanning with my vision for visual threats. I do think sometimes that I'm getting subliminal messages directed at me from the radio and television. I did used to believe there were sinister plots against me that I was being spied on etcetera. I have thought that I possess powers I used to think demons had imbued me with super strength. I have and still do from time to time feel persecuted by unseen things. I do think that people are gossiping about me. I worry about how I look to others and the fact I don't and can't live a typical life it makes me look odd and I worry that people will witch hunt me and think I'm a lone weirdo. My paranoia is extremely disabling I can't hold down jobs and I am often very isolated. The medication I'm on I guess it helps to some extent. Thanks again for the video. William

My son has schizoaffective disorder and paranoia. He not only hears things that aren't there, but he sees things that aren't there. Lately his paranoia has been working at high speed and he is transferring his paranoia (he calls certain people evil and tells me they are trying to poison him, etc.), from one person to another when the object of his paranoia disappears from his life and he moves on to another. He now wants to move in with me (I'm retired), but I told him that it will never happen. Paranoia is a horror, especially when the person hears and sees things that are not there!

Why is it all this on mental health but in reality as a system, to treat those is backward!!!, draconian!!!, and needs a full change in how is treats and cures. Also mental health is debilitating for those afflicted with the above but, what on those on the receiving end of others MENTAL ILLNESS????
