Bro, For family person calculations are wrong. Tax brackets for married will be different than single people. in addition to this for 100 k -single person take home will be lesser than married person unless if they opted out any withholdings in W4, off course they will get them back additional 10% to !5 % in tax returns. there are various factors missed it - AGI will vary in W2

car insurance $100
Utility Bill (Gas, water, electricity ) $50 per person
Phone + internet $100 (for Single person)
Car Gas/ public transport : 300
Car & other maintains : $100
Optional Other personal expenses but needed :$400 per person (Don't add grocery and these expenses like electronic gadgets, Health insurance deductible, cloths, trips etc )
