Emotional to see this trailer start with the Lumière brothers and then reflect on how much it has evolved since then. Arguably, cinema was the greatest gift France gave to the world.❤

I would love some of the films of John Ford to be in one of these videos. I've often seen Akira Kurosawa, David Lean, and Sergio Leone and it should be noted that all of them admired the works of John Ford. Kurosawa especially considered him his favorite director and they met in the 1950's and discussed cinematography with each other.
Some of John Ford's films like The Searchers, The Grapes Of Wrath, She Wore A Yellow Ribbon, My Darling Clementine and many more of his films are packed of amazing cinematic shots. Hope to see some of them in this montage of The Beauty Of Cinema.
