The Best Avocado Toast on the Blackstone Griddle

Cook time – 10 mins

Ingredients:
6 Pieces of sourdough bread
6 Large eggs
1 container Wholly Guacamole
1 tablespoon butter
Everything bagel seasoning

Directions:
1 – On a low pre-warmed griddle, add half the butter and melt and lay bread on the butter to toast. Toast on both sides, roughly 2-3 mins on each side.
2 – On the other side of the griddle take the other half of the butter and melt. Place eggs onto the butter. Make sure the griddle is nice and low here, if on low and it’s very hot, turn the burners off to let cool.
3 – Cook until desired doneness of the yolk.
4 – Spread Wholly Guacamole over the top of each piece of toast. Then lay an egg on top of that.
5 – Finish with some everything bagel seasoning!
6 – Enjoy
