Narcs affect us so deep. One is left deep down a well where you've to crawl out all by yourself. But, as you go one step out the deep well, your mind gets clearer. All these unkind emotions come up to confront you. You shouldn't avoid them otherwise they seem to cut or go deeper than you ecpect. They're raw with a nauseating stench and that becomes your healing. I had to vomit the narc out my system, that helped.
