From i know these mods dont affect the gamefiles and are just screen overlays that remove the put the moded version over the character model. So its comletely safe to do, Just make sure your UID isnt leaked why you have mods and you will never get banned

So, I have a question; basically I want to put some custom models, and thats all. But I have the fear that in the future Hoyoverse decides to somehow modify their Terms and conditions/services, to be able to punish GIMI. So they start a ban wave. In the best case scenario they would only send warnings to the people that used GIMI, so they stopped using it, because in fact, they actually didn´t change anything in the game; but still, it is "technically" modding, so they could point to that. So, what do you consider?. Hope you could answer me, because I consider that adding mods to my game would bring me more fun :0

got a question. 3.8 update recently changed ToS rules, but i've readed thoroughly and couldn't find any info related to GIMI skins ban. Anyways, it's seems suspicious that in the peak of Genshin moding Hoyoverse decided to bring 2 new skins and a change in the ToS, what do you think about this?. I'm afraid new changes in the ToS could get me banned.

This is local mod, other people that enter your world or vise versa won't see the mods. The minute you can make people see the mod you use, Hoyo would think it as a threat to their financial wellness. Also, you better have powerful gpu to run many mods. I run rx580, it's old, and it stutters now and then when I turn the mod on.

I have a question. I have tested mods already using this method. It works fine.
However, after stopping using it and launching game with clear game some of my characters have some sort of clipping clothes on their vanilla outfits.
This only happens on a few characters, including those I haven't tested mods on, and it takes literally 0.1s. This happens every time the game starts. Also after restarting the computer. I even tried repairing the game client, but the files seem to be ok.
What could be the problem? GPU driver?

I have a question, I usually play coop very often. If I use mods like skin change on my let's say hu tao, use a mod to hide my UID in my screen, and one that changes my loading screens too different wallpapers, just for example, and join a coop world, is it still safe?

Lemme see if I get this straight, please let me know if I did. Using a software like 3D Migoto could be compared to something like an auto clicker. An auto clicker is a tool that just clicks for you, if you play the game story, no one would know if you’re using an auto clicker unless you tell them. This could work the same with 3D Migoto right? Migoto is a tool that allows you to change the visuals of your game, no one would know you have Migoto installed unless you tell them. In this regard, the possibilities of you being affected by using something like Migoto is just as low as using an Auto clicker ? As I said earlier please let me know if I understood this.

Edit: I don’t use auto clickers but I would assume it wouldn’t be ground for banning
