Actually, I forgot to mention one important thing in this video.
If you followed this video but the skin still broken, try this...

Open settings (in-game) - graphic - dynamic character resolution (turn it off)
This dynamic character resolution should be always turned off when you use mods.
NB: this option only shown in compatible PC only

And if you have done this but your mods still not working, try this fix method
