Damn... Those are a lot heavier than the ones I use. I'm on the modified track and field team for my school (or, I was, but the season just ended) and I did shotput and discus, and the girls shot was 5 lbs and the boys shot was 6 lbs (they think we're all weak-)

At my middle school, I am in 7th, I do basketball, shot put, discus, hurdles, and volleyball. Then outside of school, I do swim and water polo and a travel basketball team. I throw almost I think 12 pound ball as a 12 year old, that was last year though, so I'm waiting for track season RN
