In a nutshell, they’re not safe.
Proper diet and exercise will always be the best option

Gupta is a doctor who specializes in saying what CNN wants him to say. That's his specialty😂😂😂.

Don’t take these drugs. Use the elliptical trainer instead. Easy exercise machine to get used to without the impact on your joints of running

Started Ozempic 2 weeks ago (thats a weekly dose) at 0.25mg and nausea is a real thing I can tell you. For me its mainly for diabetes, and the dose should gradually increase to 1mg, but at this very moment there is basically no change to my glucose or weight. Probably way too early, but letting you know.

CNN doesn’t even know what a competent president is is let alone help you with your own health.

He never allows Doctors themselves, to be part of the problem in Medicine. When he reported on oxy, he blamed drug companies, not the Docs prescribing the drug. Now, he says that they, the drug makers, want people on these drugs for life. Ridiculous. Doctors need to be held accountable and they need to hold patients accountable. It's fine to use these drugs, but tell your patient I will stop prescribing when you hit x weight. Educate the patients on proper nutrition and exercise.

This guys not a Doctor, he’s an actor.
Didn’t he push the “💉” as safe and effective and deny people are being injured and killed by them?

The best way to lose weight is to eat less, count your calories and exercise.

There are studies on Ozempic showing only 40% of the weight lost is fat. The other 60% is muscle mass and bone density. While you are losing weight on the scale, your body fat percentage goes up so technically you are fatter you just weigh less.

I just find it interesting that commentary on Biden is so high but Trump behaviors is being normalized. That to me is uncomfortable. “ projection “ ? Not sure you understand that words usage. I’m merely commenting on what I see.
