An 18 year old is not legally allowed to drink alcohol in US. Student was drunk. 18 year old is not legally allowed to enter in night club he was trying to enter. Man this is not Delhi. Total fault of parents and their upbringing, the young man lost his life.

I had a similar situation in Detroit... I asked a person who was running a motel, for help. He let me stay for 1 HR. He asked me to stay for more time, but I had to leave, he gave me some warm water. Below 17-18 years are not allowed in the night clubs anywhere in the world as the bouncer's check their IDs at the entrance.
Even if he was 18 years and above he had to carry an ID as proof at the entry point of the club.
Probably he must have not had the ID with him at that time and that is the reason he might be denied to enter the club.
This is very sad, The parents might be in so much shock and pain, I wish no parents deserve this agony.
