I have the same gas Hayward heater. On hot summer days when the pool is 90° plus I noticed that the settings on my app, I can adjust the heater temp to close to 80°. Will this allow cold water to flow into the pool?

Should my donator be before or after the heater?

No diverter ? Shouldn’t high chlorinated or shock treated water go directly to return jets ? Instead of going through the heater ? Confused ?

Does it damage the heater when it is on and the water pump turns off and the low flow error message appears?

my gass pool heater i trun it on the water throughs jets in the pool is warm water not hot. take long time for heater reach temps

Why does my pool heater have a compressor and a electric hookup? It looks more like an air conditioner than a heater to me.
