They ain't lying. I've been to Jamaica 17 times when I was dating my wife, and i always get oxtail. Their KFC and Popeyes taste better than the ones in the US, too. Jamaicans are just damn good cooks.😋

Just the different ways he cooks the oxtail. Searing it on the grill, smoking it, then pressure cooking it. Making sure to layer and season all those flavors with each step in the process. You can't go wrong with good oxtail and this looks amazing. That Jamaican chef is amazing at what he does you can feel the pride he has in his craft.

I can't lie. I grew up eating southern oxtails.🔥 Then went to Korea and had Korean oxtails. 🔥 But then i had Jamaican oxtails and it sent me to the moon. 🔥🔥🔥
Oxtails made any kind of way are by far my favorite dish. I'd love to have an oxtail cook off between the cultures. Man I'd hurt myself. 😂
