Such a bad idea giving so much equipment to Ukraine. Its going to waste in the US proxy war with Russia.

When Putin says Russia cannot be defeated in Ukraine, he has an audience of one - himself. He is trying to convince himself that Russia will win in Ukraine. I wish him no luck at all in this endeavor.

Stalingrad was in Russia, not in Germany. It's not even an apples and oranges comparison. Russia is playing the role of Hitler's army now, and it's the Ukrainians who are having their Stalingrad historical moment.

While sanctions seriously affect trade, even when Russia can evade them they have a lot more difficulty getting around those financial sanctions that are preventing Russia from even paying its bills.

Let's also not forget that something on the order of 350 billion in Russia's foreign reserves is inaccessible, and will be used to help rebuild Ukraine. That is 1/3 trillion we KNOW is a very real consequence. Unless of course Russia is able to convince an international court of law someone else did the damage. Sounds like something Trump would try, but of course Russia will end up footing the bill for the damage they wrought. The Russian government will be facing millions of lawsuits against the Russian government for destroyed property.

Countries supplying goods to Russia need to be sanctioned as well. Secondary sanctions need to be put into place.

It's interesting because Russian products are sold currently in the US... Only check-out the motorcycle brand URAL, with plentiful new stock inventory sold in US dealerships!

Let's just say conservatively 150 000 Russian dead. How many hundreds of thousands wounded who are back in Russian hospitals, and how many of them will never be able to fight again. "Thank you for your service now go home and here is a bag of carrots for the family."

Putin ordered all Russian troops to change their underwear, so Sergei changed with Pavel.

Turkey among others needs to be held to account. They are acting as a conduit for bypassing sanctions. New corporations with different names are formed but obtain and resell the same goods that were banned or "withdrawn" from the Russian market. The renaming of stores in Russia is absurd and needs to be addressed. Corporations needs to be held to account as should Turkey not just turning a blind eye but actively encouraging the trade to help offset its dismal economy. Combine that with Turkey (and Hungary) holding the rest of NATO hostage over the entry of Sweden and Finland is ridiculous. With allies like Turkey who needs enemies. Turkey needs to be held to account and in the strongest possible means. They are the first to run to NATO if they are threatened but are also the first to betray at least the spirit and intent of NATO policies.

I really dont know why Turkey is in NATO and why is there no sanctions against them for supplying Russia. Who is controlling the shipments and supplies to Russia. Ukraine need all the supplies and the heavy weopons they need and faster.

Four days ago, putin banned Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn books from Russian schools. Yesterday Putin praised Stalin in his speech and the Soviet spirit that conquered the German nazis. Now they started renaming places after Stalin again and put up a new monument.
