Advocate Mngomezulu is a genius he's got no time to entertain the misleading information presented by adv Baloyi to the defence pretending as if he is an honest man and yet he is not.

The accused communicated in WHAT!!!!? So what if the accused know each other or not? So what if they were in Gauteng when they said not (Accused 1)? It still doesn't prove they were at the Spaza shop that day. The documentary evidence in this case is lacklustre at best...the bank statements don't show any money trail among the accused or even with the alleged mastermind. The cellphone data doesn't show the call transcripts, texts, voice notes etc. What have we been listening to for the past 2 years. We still don't know how these 5 are connected to this crime.

The judge has probably been told about the petition because today he behaved like a judge. Unfortunately, it's too late, we don't want him in this trial anymore he's shown that he's compromised.
