Neglected planted tank - For 3 Months !!

I have not been keeping up with water changes, fertilization, co2 has been empty for 2 months... BUT plants are hanging in, this is a great thing about this hobby. You can get lazy without doing too much damage. We will retake video as soo as things look good. I am curious how long that will take. I suspect 3-4 weeks......

just planted my first tank a few days ago. i read that having patience is number one. i want growth now!

@Supa Tanks Water changes, new lights - mine are a year old. It should run its course.

High lighting, CO2 & Fertilization will = fast growth!!!

what's going on with your low tech tank? I am in the process of doing the same thing as you, I really would like to see the outcome of both tanks.

@Alissa80 Low tech tank leaked. 75g into a raised floor! Wish I had a basement. Then I would have 5 or 6 tanks.

Also with high light comes algae :). Low Tech is much easier.

Monitor the ph closely if you plan on using CO2 plants use up the waters oxygen at night. take you time and do your homework first
