My 21 days plan....
11 Rules which I will abide by, no matter what is going on my outer and inner atmosphere (Will be break only in unexpected situations).
1. Early to rise, affirmation, visualization - 7:00 AM
2. Folding bed, fresh, breakfast - 7:00 - 9:30 AM
3. Start working for my dream at 10 AM.
4. Specific time for enjoy, distractions etc.
5. Daily sleep after completing target, if not be any day, then the next day at any cost.
6. Daily 30 min. Exercise and 10 min. Yoga.
7. Avoid all distractions before 10 min. of sleep.
8. Minimum 8 hours of daily focused study for my goal, if not be any day, will do next day at any cost.
9. Will not doubt on my work, myself and God.
10. Never laugh or smile too much.
11. Go on bed at 12 AM with only myself.
Maybe all will disturb for one 24 hours, and I will add extra 2 days for it.
I swear it will be from 15 january, 2024 and will come after that to tell this on 7 february, 2024 .

2) 5:55 am wake up and Take 1 glass warm water
3) Between 6:00 and 7:20 Meditation+ bathing+ breakfast prepare+ ready to go for teaching
4) 4:00-10:00 pm Library
5) Avoid overthinking

on 15th august, for the first time I experienced my 1st academic failure, the word FAIL hit me so hard. My chest aches and couldnt think of any other things. I Slept thinking about it and today when I woke up, the first thing that came on my mind was about my result. Everywhere, everytime that feeling and those heavy heart couldnt resist. But it is so enough...it is just a setback and I will come back more stronger and as a Winner. This time I learned, next will be WIN for sure.
I pray to the god and universe to give me enough strength and be by my side.
