Look at my blood glucose. It's fantastic. Yeah, well, what's your insulin doing? And normally, when we go back over data, we can see a trend. So someone's blood glucose is pretty good, but in the background, the insulin need to do that is higher and higher and higher and higher and higher and higher. And this is maybe over 15 years. And then the pancreas just cannot produce that amount of insulin. So the insulin production drops and the blood glucose goes up and, wow, this person is possibly diabetic. So you could have had that 15 years ago. You could have predicted it.
