This is a Kundalini Yoga Meditation to expand and awaken your energy. It is a simple kundalini breathing exercise or technique with a visualization and meditation. Don't worry if you're not good at visualization just do your best and just by doing this breathing exercise on it's own will have a profound effect on your energy. No prior kundalini yoga experience to enjoy this class it's for all levels including beginners.

I've been meditating for over 6 years, and doing yoga for over 10, but nothing really makes me feel amazing in the morning like your Kundalini videos. Thank you so much Brett for bringing your teachings in an accessible and beautiful manner! 💕

Once I got my mind off of the fact that my right foot went numb (😅), I got deeper into the meditation than I have ever experienced in any other meditations before. Towards the end of the silent sequence, I suddenly had visions of two very specific patterns being drawn (shown?) to me, one to the right, and one to the left. Very strange! I wonder what that was supposed to mean. Never seen them before, I don't think. Thank you for this interesting journey!

I loved the visualization. I ended up thinking of a drawing of Holy Sophia cloaked in blue surrounded by energy and starlight.
During the video, I felt a strong warmth through my body. My energy was just around it, though it may have just been the heat. However, as my thoughts wandered after the 4 in-breath rounds, I felt more aware, even constricted, to my arms and sides. It might have been connecting to my material body more than the balance between energy/spirit and body I had during the rounds. Did any else feel this, too?

Thank you for this meditation. Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid tensing the shoulder/neck muscles particularly during the last breath of the four?

I love ur vedios they're amazing, this is my second time doing this and both times I got my right leg right from the hip numb like its paralyzed, and this time I had a memory from few years back not pleasant what does this means?
