Mahalo for this video! I used to live in Lahaina across from baby beach and spent a lot of time at the Banyan tree. SO glad to see how green it is. I worked on Front St and cannot believe it's all gone. Prayers to all the people of Maui! ❤

I’m still in disbelief. Lahaina town is where we would go when we didn’t go back to my island of Okinawa, about every other year or more, for many years. So many memories of surfing, eating, shopping and just walking around town. Luckily, we had the chance to take our three kids and their significant others the November before the fire and now, it’s gone. I hope it gets rebuilt with the same charm that it had, but that will be tough. My wife and I watched it burn while we were on our trip in Okinawa.

Thank you for the updates.

Jesse, thank you so much for the drone tour! It's nice to see the Banyan Tree doing so well. Thank you for telling us about the group that is planting many trees in Lahaina. It will add so much life back to the area. I can't thank you enough for all you do to keep us informed. It's always exciting to see a new post from you. 🙂

I love seeing the progress that is happening in Lahaina. Thank god the banyan tree is recovering and so green. I still can't believe the tragedy of the fire and to think that areas was so full of life and excitement for everyone who visited. I will continue to keep the people in my prayers.

It’s amazing how clear the ocean water is. I guess that’s a testament to the care that has been given on the cleanup efforts? Thanks for continuing these drone flights.

Thank you so so much for doing this. I live in lake Havasu, Arizona but I've been going to Maui since I was 18. I am now 63😢 still very sad about my beautiful little town that was burnt down tried to go over to Kauai. I've been to four Islands and Maui is mine. I just love it. I have a timeshare n kahanapal at the Marriott Ocean club nothing compares to my beautiful Marriott I have used my timeshare and have gone to key West. That was beautiful so wasn't my Maui again, thank you for all what you're doing to show everybody. What's going on with Maui
