McCarthy debt ceiling bill to get committee vote

The House Rules Committee is taking up House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's bill to lift the debt ceiling Tuesday, and a full House vote could come as early as Wednesday. CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion joined with the latest.
