He is trying to sidestep the negotiating process without knowing where the cuts are going to be. This is dead on arrival. And he knows it. It's all about catering to the ignorance of the GOP voters. Debt ceilings are not to be held hostage. Let's start by cutting their overpaid positions and the health care they and their families receive on the backs of the tax payers. If big corporations paid their taxes accordingly, we would have the money. But as usual, let's stick it to those on the bottom that actually carry this country.
