Dear Sir. Much appreciation for you. I am a heart patient and was guided much by Dr. Cadwell Esselsyn who didn't want me to use smoothies and instead wanted me to break the cell walls of the greens with my teeth and mix with my saliva. With all respect to Dr Esselstyn I like to believe that a vitamix crushed the cell walls of greens and then I would swoosh in my mouth before swallowing. What do you think ? I so much want to begin using the vitamix cause I believe I can consume alot of nitric oxide producing greens, Laird
