I have a fairly significant liver disease. I am allowed to have 4- 500 mg tables with 3- 200 mg ibuprofen. They are taken together. The effect of this combination is better than either taken alone. It can work well enough to avoid opioids or other drugs. Try it. This was recommended by my liver doctor and my pain management doctor. My dentist said that is the soc for dentistry now.
