My aunt is 99 still driving, mentally sharp as ever, fell off a ladder when she was 85 cleaning leaves out of her gutter broke both legs total recovery no limp. Diet heavy on meat vegetables and fruits no processed or fast food. Very active! Was doing meals on wheels delivering meals to elderly until she was 95. Devout Christian. Needless to say she's an inspiration to everyone that knows her.

Been on keto diet for the last four years, do exercise everyday, 76 and can out run all my kids, I walk run 5-10 miles everyday, push weights around 5 days a week, feel more like am 49-50 years old, than a 76 year old.

Talking of kids, my daughter followed my lead on Carnivore, and when her baby was about 4mths old, she started her on solids. She took to them instinctively and enthusiastically. Shes now 11months old, is off the charts literally on all metrics of growth and development, walked at 9mths. For brekky she demolishes bacon and eggs, for dinner she adores lamb chops, and favors the fat best. Because she has been chewing and chomping, her teeth came through early, and without much difficulty, she had 8 teeth at 9mths. My daughter compares her with her cousins baby born within 4 days of hers. The other baby is still soft and floppy, and vague. Her baby is a strong, agile, naughty problem solver, intent on discovery and escape. My daughter is sad, she wanted her to stay a cuddly baby, but Daisy has other plans. Carnivore is the natural way. I waited till 63 to work it out, she can have all the benefits from birth.

My mother was alert, coherent and bright as a button. Till she faded away at 96 with bowel cancer. She was still cooking, baking cleaning floors on her hands n knees, answering quiz questions on tv up till a year n a half before she passed.

Fabulous conversation with Dr. Chaffee. Dementia is a metabolic, yet preventable disease if a proper human diet is strictly followed. Some level of exercise is also required to get the blood flow to all areas of the human body, and that includes the brain.

You know this is great when they aren’t trying to sell you something!
I’m only 10 days in, and I’m feeling SO MUCH BETTER!

My mother died from Alzheimers at the young age of 67. I am now 57 and I used to fear getting Alzheimers because of the genetics theory, but now as a full fledged carnivore, and with the understanding that it is really a metabolic disease, I no longer fear this disease, heart disease, or cancer as I once did.

I am SO thankful he said what he said about exercise. As a CrossFit coach and personal trainer, I can’t tell you how many times I hear limiting talk like “well I can’t because I’m old” or “I can’t because it’s too hard”. Functional movement and working hard are a requirement for healthy living, it just looks different for each individual. He’s right. You NEED to be practicing the squat. Get out and just walk fast, do a Tabata set on a bike. Yes!

My grandparents ate lots of meat and dairy and used bacon fat to cook with!! They both lived into their early 90's with no daily meds.... both very mentally and physically healthy...

I think all of the meds prescribed are making mental health issues worse as well. I had an aunt in Germany that supposedly had Alzheimer’s. Because of cost cutting for her seizure medication she had to switch. When she did her faculties returned after a few days!

What an amazing video!!! I started this as I got out of the shower, got ready and made breakfast of eggs and bacon for me and my husband.
Dr Chaffee makes the ultimate sense
I've been carnivore for almost four months
I had so many issues. I'll be sixty in March.
I want to get better every day.
I reversed my fatty liver, diabetes and diverticulitis.
I've lost over thirty pounds.
And so many other wins like no more bursitis, no more bleeding gums and I'm not winded while exercising.
I have forty more pounds to go
I need to work on my alcohol consumption. I'll have a couple of cocktails over the weekend.
I'm working on it.
And I do use muscle working exercises but I need to do more!
Thank you for this! Bless you both🙏

The biggest reason for my Carnivore lifestyle is that both parents died with Dementia. Visiting them in this state was very distressing. I don’t want my kids to have to go through this. 68 now, am hopeful that this change will work.

In the '80's was the super big push to eliminate fat in the diet. Remember that gal who repeatedly said, "it's the fat that's making you fat"? Food manufactures were removing fat from their product, but this left the item tasteless. Their answer was to add sugar.

Thank you so much, so much information. I have been intermittent fasting for four years, cold showers and nose breath work. I make L. Reuteri which is amazing. I walk every day amongst other exercises. I am a 76 yr female and I am thinking of going on the carnivore diet. People say I look 60 and my body is lean. This interview is great. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️
