What can work well for me is to write down something along the lines of "I'd be happy if I'd shoot some good footage today". So something about the end result that will be satisfying and make you happy you went out. Speaking of multitasking, I should close this video now 😅 Good tips though 👍

Oh in addition to that, having the criteria for success be to go out. Not to have things go perfect or go well after you go out. Even failure is succes in the long run as you learn a lot from that too.

He said that we have a Chimpanzee in our brain that is always trying to talk us out of doing stuff. The difference between a “normal” person and someone with an “Olympic” mindset is that the Olympian can control the Chimpanzee 🙉
