Are you progressing spiritually or just strengthening your ego? Michael considers the gateways to true inner freedom and the pitfalls along the way.

Michael Singer shares his wisdom on the true nature of the spiritual path – the process of removing our inner blockages and self-made obstacles to uncover the natural states of bliss and spiritual liberation that are our birthright. Throughout the discussion, Michael Singer delves into the concept of "witness consciousness," which he describes as the first step in freeing ourselves from the limitations of the mind. He also explores the cause of karma and offers insights on the art of relaxing and releasing resistance to our experiences.

Sounds True was founded in 1985 by Tami Simon with a clear mission: to disseminate spiritual wisdom. Since starting out as a project with one woman and her tape recorder, we have grown into a multimedia publishing company with more than 80 employees, a library of more than 1500 titles featuring some of the leading teachers and visionaries of our time, and an ever-expanding family of customers from across the world. In more than three decades of growth, change, and evolution, Sounds True has maintained its focus on its overriding purpose, as summed up in our Mission Statement.

I'm overloaded in "the doing", "having to do" all the time this, that and those. It's my mind that shows me a list of "musts". And I feel exhausted even if I'm not doing them. I'm practising not doing and observing what happens if I don't. Nothing happens. I'm alive. But I some things seem they need to be done. How do I simplify and act with all this? I just want to stop. Feel life is not doing and doing and doing as a way of living. THANK YOU. ❤🦋✨

So when do you let go vs communicating things that might be bothering you?
For example you are in a marriage and you make a really nice dinner for your spouse and they come home a few hours late without calling to tell you.
Do you just let that go?
Do you say something then let it go through?
Do you let that happen over and over?

What happens if it's lunch time, and my mind goes to 'what do i want to eat? what don't I want?' Do I just eat whatever?
If I'm booking a flight to Italy and I want a business class seat, and not a tight economy class seat because of the long flight, do I just relax and not buy any ticket?
At what point do you listen to what you want and when NOT to listen to what you want?

Now reiterate what you’re explaining WITHOUT using the word, “RELAX”.
Please 🙏 and thank you 🙏
