Streptomycin Sulfate, which is usually administered to adults as
1 g (1000 mg), as a daily IM injection. Determine the pediatric dosage if it is recommended to administer 20 mg/kg/day (maximum of 1 g) of Streptomycin Sulfate.

Q2. If a patient weighs 180 lb., and an order is given for a dose stated as 20 mg/kg TID. How much should the patient receive?
