And that is true....in an interview it's important to ask why that position open. Dont let them just ask you, ask them. Because a position sometimes always open because high turn over .... like for example bad environment, bad manager, long hour working, so people keep quiting the job.

This is so true. Just did an interview yesterday and it was like, everyone doing the work sucks, and your job is to fix their work. But once you touch their work, if its not perfect its your fault. You have to make me look amazing and nothing is ever my fault.
