Just say the exactly the same but in a humbled voice. You don’t want the HR feels your answers are coached. Then HR will raise doubts over your credentials and experiences.

I feel that if I would say that they would just think that it was just a scripted answer, and they would immediately try to change the questions that force you to answer more on a personal level. That's what happened to me on a number on occasions. Sure these kind of answers works best in the first HR interview, but after that i feel like you cant answer it like that, you gotta be more concrete and personal.
