Every women’s body work differently, some products get rid of hot flashes for some women while some products do nothing for other women.
For me, Estroven complete worked by 95% after trying everything!

DHEA is also very supportive to a woman over age 40+. Helps with supporting the adrenals, which is the backup for your ovaries. Helps with a little testerone production which every woman needs. And in small amounts, estrogen production. Very beneficial supplement to women. Only take a sublingual tablet, from 5 to 15 mg every morning, early morning. Capsules form aren't bioavailable in DHEA.

Evening Primrose and Flax seed oil is working excellent for me for several menopausal symptoms! Including hot flashes and night sweats.

I’m plant based for 10 years. For me, gluten and fat set off my hot flashes. When I eat raw, not hot flashes. There is something to this.

I was having severe hot flashes about 20-30 in a day. I cannot take estrogen and tried multiple things. I now take soy isoflavones and it has helped so much and it doesn’t cost a lot.

I had a hysterectomy about 15 years ago at age 43. Now I’m having a lot of hot flashes. I really didn’t expect it. But now I’ve read it can happen well into the 70’s. Goodness I’m having one now! I definitely want a natural supplement. I couldn’t take estrogen, it gave me severe heart palpitations.

Dr. Hirsch you are spot on with Equelle ... after just 3 days no more hot flashes or night sweats so grateful. I am a MA resident hoping to schedule an appointment with you but no response back from your office after several voicemails ... help!

DIM or IC3, indol 3 carbinol, is great for a woman and reducing the bad unopposed estrogen in a woman. Progesterone cream is definitely needed by a woman. Helps with balancing a woman's hormones naturally. It is a woman's best friend, thru all stages of a woman's life. Thank the good Lord 🙏

There is " good" and "bad" estrogen. Please discuss the differences. That's why DIM is so good, and comes into play here. It counteracts the bad estrogen production in the body. Yay !!! 😁

I have a sister that had breast cancer and a mom that had breast cancer twice. They were told that the cancer was estrogen-fed. I am menopausal and suffering with hot flashed and cluster headaches and was told I had to be careful on what I take for menopause

I've been using the multisymptom Estroven for a couple years with good results, but in Dec 2022, I started having many hot flashes a day. The night sweats were numerous too and really disruptive to my sleep. I bought the "mood boost" box from Estroven that is supposed to help with hot flashes. Within about 3 days of taking it, I got a horrible itchy rash all over and had to stop it. My skin just crawled. The rash lasted for about a week before it cleared up, so just be careful of reactions to black cohosh, magnolia bark, or ginkgo.

Vitex, aka Agnus castus can really prove helpful to a woman's natural production of progesterone in the body. And there fore also helping in small part with estrogen.

I tried Estroven and it got rid of my hot flashes & night sweats by 95%! I went through an entire summer in 80 degree weather and not one hot flash.
so basically, I go for 3 or 4 months symptom free, then I will get a hot flash but it’s very light, meaning a drink of ice water and it’s gone in seconds.
Before I started the Estroven it was living hell! Day & Night!
Estroven really gave me my life back and I will never stop using it. I actually went into menopause at age 55 and would have still had regular periods if I wouldn’t have gotten a partial hysterectomy due to heavy periods/fibroids
Anyhow, I just cannot do without Estroven complete

Very helpful!
I’m taking HRT progesterone and estradiol but I gained weight 😢, Do you know if the supplements you talked about can cause weight gain ? Also if there’s other HRT medication that doesn’t cause weight gain?
Thank you so much!
