Evening primrose oil saved my life during menopause! Never experienced hot flashes or emotional symptoms. Also, dandelion tea is great for water retention. Works just as great as water pills without the side effects.

My favourite supplement is meditation. A good 20 minute stretch session then one hour meditation. Before bed time. You will sleep through the night. Promise.
