Avoid this DANGEROUS Heart Rhythm

Показать описание
Ventricular fibrillation is one of the four cardiac arrest rhythms that your patient can present in. These four include ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, asystole and pulseless electrical activity.

Now the only good news about this rhythm is that IT IS shockable. As we know early recognition of cardiac arrest partnered with early high quality CPR and early defibrillation gives the patient the best chance at a survival.

During BLS, ACLS and PALS courses you will learn about this rhythm extensively and it will be part of your dynamic cardiology review.

Be great,

This actually clears up some confusion for me. I know the auto defibrillator isn’t meant to re-start a heart that’s completely stopped but, then, what? Now I know.
