Thank you for that third exercise Tim. I’ve been struggling to come back from a thoracic disc herniation (and I suspect a lot more damage in that area). That third exercise is working wonders, even though I’d tried bent over rows (with incorrect form) before.

Can you please do a video on the next step in thoracic strengthening?

Hi live in upstate NY. I have muscle imbalance between the right and left side of my body. I really like your videos. I am wondering if you could recommend someone in NY to work with on my imbalances.

May I know where is the curve point to start the extension for thoracic spine? At the middle back or lower down?

is there a possability for these exercises to cure radiculopathy and prevent the need for surgery? Of course no gaurantee but is there a chance?

I struggle with the ball Y. I fail 80% of the time, not so much because it's hard, but simply because it's tricky. Maybe even the size of the ball matters (mine is bigger, maybe 60cm ⌀). It's frustrating as it's the only exercise that works (you don't want to know how many I've tried). Which specific muscle groups does it strengthen? (I'm asking to try to find my mistake and also in the hope of finding another easier exercise)

Hi Tim. Thanks for the really helpful videos. Can I just ask, is it best to do all three parts of the series one after the other on the same day? Or is it best to wait until your muscles are a bit looser before starting on the strengthening part?

If I train my chest and shoulder muscles, is thoracic extension required?

Hello there. I recently started using the backpod because we think I have costochondritis but I’m not sure anyway after using the backpod to free up the tightened collagen around my thoracic spine now my thoracic spine area pops like crazy sometimes even when I just take a deep breath. Will this popping sound stop once I get stronger in my thoracic back?
It never popped this much until I started loosening things up with a backpod. I also found out I have bulged disc‘s in my C6 and C7 which may have caused all of the pain and inflammation and probably wasn’t Costochondritis to begin with. Yay !
